It is time to wish everyone a happy and healthy new year - and welcome to another twelve months of captivating classical music. As the months unfold, we will enjoy diverse choral and instrumental delights. Carrick Concerts believes that great performances of the best music are everybody’s right and joy. The aim is to set a ticket price which is affordable to all. This is only possible by the support we receive from our patrons and sponsors. We thank them all.
It would be extremely pleasing to increase our audience numbers. We will be endeavouring to spread our wings with marketing and publicity - but please tell your friends and family about Carrick Concerts. Word of mouth is a powerful tool.
Another way the local community can help at this time is to donate surplus Christmas
presents. Our concert raffles are an important source of income to allow us to continue to keep ticket prices as low as possible. Selene - Coming to you on Saturday 11 February

Our year of fine music will be kickstarted on February 11th when we welcome the vocal ensemble, Selene, to Cornwall. Definitive information concerning time and venue will appear in the next magazine. In Ancient Greek mythology Selene is the goddess and the personification of the moon. We can expect raw expressive power and drama at Selene’s concert. This will be one not to miss.
