Thank you all for supporting us throughout a somewhat difficult year. That we have managed to put on concerts at all seems, in retrospect, something of a miracle. And to have finished with a small surplus in the bank is most welcome given the quality of performers we have signed up for 2022.
Exceptional musical performances in 2022
In addition to some distinguished home-grown talent from our own county, we have:
March 13 - Theorbo player Fred Jacobs, who will also be hosting a musical workshop before the performance,
April 23 - Classical guitarist Pat Coldrick,
June 5 - Carole Cerasi, player of virginals and harpsichords, and
August 27 - String quartet Quartetto Nero.
Please put these dates in your diary!
A new partnership with the Roseland Music Society
We are extremely fortunate in having been able to forge a programming partnership with Roseland Music, with whom we are able to share hosting opportunities in 2022.
This may also enable those of you who so wish, to hear some of our performers in different venues, with a different programme on each night! You can find their full programme for the coming year here.
Wishing you all the best for Christmas and the New Year,
From all the team at Carrick Concerts
(Oliver Cuenca, Dianne d’Cotta, Kay Deeming, David Eastburn, Judith Eastburn, Wendy Fowler, Rebecca Furse, Robin Jennings and Jacqueline Kershaw)
